A P90x/Insanity calendar to go along with the workout sheet.
Here’s the P90x/Insanity Hybrid workout calendar I created. I hope this helps someone who’s looking to do this work out. I got this plan from Beachbody.com worksheets. There are many of these hybrids out there. Pick the best one for you. P90x provides great strength training and Insanity has great cardio and toning. I like a more strength intense workout so this version is perfect for me. I numbered the days and highlighted the 30, 60, 90 days so that you can remember to measure and weigh yourself on those days. Dig deep and Bring it!

I just completed Insanity for the first time after starting it four times since I first got the program a year ago. Got some great results from it – toned up and leaned out a bit, but would like to do a little more power-related workouts alongside it…
So thanks for creating and posting this! I was considering figuring out how to plot out a hybrid calendar schedule myself, but why re-invent the wheel when you’ve already put one together? (Plus, it’s pretty! Who doesn’t like color-coded calendars?! 🙂
Yes, I realized after working out with Insanity that I do indeed lose the weight with the program and tone up a bit. However, I’m a fan of feeling that deep muscle burn. That “Ive been to the gym” feeling. I also feel proud of myself when doing both. I don’t know maybe its mental. But I’m committed to it. I lost 15pds in a week and a half. I’m starting over again now though because of vacations and other obligations that got me off track.
Glad you like the calendar. I feel colors are more inspiring and help me remember the week. Track your progress and and send it over. Id like to see how you do with it.
Yes I’m still pushing play. I love the plan. It works well for me. I’m in for the win.
